You may now register your event in Serve Tennis!
CTAs, NJTLs, Public Facilities, Parks & Recreation organizations are all eligible to receive $300 for reach approved Open Tennis Fest event—up to 4 events per host.
We encourage you to utilize one of these events on September 7 as a Celebrate Tennis South Carolina event! Open Tennis Fest runs from September 1-October 31, 2024.
You can participate by:
- Hosting an event of your choice at your local courts
- Hosting a tennis watch party
- Hosting a fundraiser for a charity of your choosing

- Detailed instructions on how to register your program are located here, but below are the highlights of the Serve Tennis Setup for Celebrate Tennis SC events. Contact Jessica Harrell (harrell@sctennis.com) if you need help with any of these steps.
- Events must use the Programming Module
- Create new category of OTF24 with a “Family” program type
- Use contact tag of OTF24
- Program Name: OTF24: Celebrate Tennis SC with XYZ CTA or at ABC Park (example: OTF24: Celebrate Tennis SC with Grand Strand Tennis or OTF24: Celebrate Tennis SC at Main Street Tennis)
**Note: SC events held on any other date will only use the “OTF24” tag as September 7 is the date we are focusing on.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- Complete the Open Tennis Fest Event Registration Form at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date (deadline for Celebrate Tennis SC approval/funding is August 24). September 8 is the deadline for all other Open Tennis Fest events.
