Luke Whiteside (Sumter), Christine Cole (Anderson), and Wilson Smith (Greenwood) have successfully completed the USTA Center of Excellence for Chair Officials, a Tier 3 certification program that opens the door to officiating at high-level ITF and USTA Pro Circuit events.
